Why per-company instead of per-seat?
Per-seat pricing makes you think twice before inviting someone to a tool. We want every leader looking at the scorecard. Per-company, predictable, no procurement headache.
Do we have to use EOS?
No. Upbeat is framework-agnostic. EOS shops use it. OKR shops use it. Scaling Up shops use it. We translate to your terminology — call it a scorecard, KPI tracker, or weekly review.
How long does setup take?
First three integrations and your first scorecard are typically live inside 30 minutes. We help during the design partner phase — book onboarding directly with the founder.
What if you don't have the integration we need?
If we don't, tell us. We ship new integrations weekly during the design partner phase. If yours is critical, we'll prioritize it on your roadmap.
Is my data safe?
We read from your tools using read-only API keys or OAuth. We never write back. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. SOC 2 on the roadmap.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month, cancel from the billing page. Annual prepay is non-refundable after 30 days — but the 15% discount usually pays for itself.
