How it works

Three steps.
One weekly rhythm.

Most operating tools ask you to do more work. Upbeat does the work first, then asks your team to decide what to do about it. Here's what each Monday looks like.

Step One

Monday morning, your scorecard arrives.

At 7am, every leader on your team gets an email with the week's numbers — already pulled, already graded, already diagnosed. By the time you sit down with coffee, the work is done.

  • Every metric, auto-pulled from your stack — no chasing owners.
  • Red, yellow, green at the metric level with goal context built in.
  • AI tells you where to focus, not just what the numbers say.

Step Two

Click in. See the whole picture.

Your full scorecard. Twelve weeks of trend data. Every metric owned by a person, sourced from a tool you already trust.

Upbeat dashboard with weekly scorecard table showing eight metrics, KPI cards for week grade and reds and actions, and trend indicators.
  • Twelve weeks of history at a glance — see trends, not just snapshots.
  • Every cell links back to the source — Stripe, HubSpot, Linear, the works.
  • One letter grade for the week. You'll know in three seconds where you stand.

Step Three

Work the red items. Upbeat closes the loop.

Click any red metric from the email and you're inside the Issue page — diagnosis, discussion thread, action items, all in one surface. The team works the issue together; Upbeat checks back next Monday to tell you if your fix actually moved the number.

  • AI diagnosis quotes both your quarterly goal and the industry benchmark — graded against your plan, not someone else's.
  • Discussion thread captures the conversation. Action items get owners and dates, right next to the data.
  • Auto follow-up next Monday: if the metric recovered, the issue closes. If not, it gets flagged red again with what changed.

Behind the scenes

What Upbeat connects to.

If you can see a number on a dashboard somewhere, we can put it in your scorecard. Out of the box on day one:

— 01 Revenue & billing

Stripe, Chargebee, QuickBooks, Zuora

MRR, ARR, churn, expansion, gross margin, cash position — all pulled live.

— 02 Sales & marketing

HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive

Pipeline coverage, demos completed, close rates, SDR activity, MQL volume.

— 03 Product & engineering

Linear, Jira, GitHub, Delighted

Open bugs, release velocity, NPS, support ticket volume, uptime.
